Terms and Conditions
Shopify Ready Store
Rules:
Delivery time:
- The custom store will be delivered within 10 business days , depending on the complexity of the project and after payment confirmation.
Domain:
- The customer can choose to use a own domain or request the purchase of a new domain. Purchasing a domain will be charged separately.
- If the client wants a professional email, this service must be contracted separately.
- The choice of the Domain name is the customer's responsibility, however we can give our opinion on the choice.
Customizations:
- The store will be customized according to customer preferences, including design, layout and product integration.
- The inclusion of products in the store is limited to up to 12 products .
- The choice of Products, as well as their respective suppliers, is the responsibility of the Customer.
- Additional products or deeper customizations will be charged separately.
- The store will have 3 Mobile Banners and 3 Desktop Banners.
- Up to 6 Product Categories will be created.
- Other sections of the store will be agreed upon.
Personal Data:
- To configure the store correctly, you will need to provide personal data, such as: Production Credentials : required to activate and link the store's Checkout.
- Addresses and contact details : for setting up store information.
- Attention : we do not request bank details or credit card numbers. This data is set up directly by the customer in their Shopify account after the transfer.
Checkout Options:
- The store can be delivered with Shopify Native Checkout, Cartpanda Transparent Checkout or Yampi Transparent Checkout
- Shopify native checkout with the Payment Gateway chosen by the customer as long as it is accepted by Shopify.
- Cartpanda Transparent Checkout with the Payment Gateway chosen by the customer as long as it is accepted by Cartpanda.
- Yampi Transparent Checkout with the Payment Gateway chosen by the customer as long as it is accepted by Yampi.
- Other checks must be negotiated before contracting the service.
Transfer of Ownership:
- Upon delivery, the store will be fully transferred to the customer's control, who will be able to manage all aspects of the store directly within Shopify.
- The monthly fee of $19 will be charged at the time of store transfer, corresponding to the first payment for the Shopify subscription. Payment details must be filled in by the customer.
- Shopify only accepts Credit Cards and PayPal.
Technical Support:
- We provide free technical support for 30 days after store delivery. Free Technical Support Policy Link
- If you need additional support after this period, additional services can be contracted.
Freight
- No advanced shipping settings will be made.
Free Consulting as a Courtesy
As a courtesy, we offer 6 hours of free consulting for all customers who purchase this service (Shopify Ready Store) .
This consultancy can be used to:
- Answer questions about how the store or website works.
- Include and exclude products and images.
- Solve common questions.
- Make small changes to the layout and content.
The consultancy will be divided into 3 sessions of 2 hours each , and must be used within the period of 30 days after delivery of the contracted service .
This is an opportunity to ensure that your website or store is working as expected and with the flexibility you need. Take advantage of this courtesy to maximize the potential of your online business!

The customer is solely responsible for providing correct and complete information for the configuration and customization of the services.
Furthermore, ELO Digital Co. is not responsible for any interruptions or unavailability of the services provided by the third-party platforms used, such as Shopify, Cartpanda, Yampi, or any other payment gateway or hosting provider contracted by the customer. The contracting of such services is the sole responsibility of the customer.
All information provided by the customer, including personal and contact details, will be used exclusively for the configuration of the requested services , in accordance with current privacy policies, and will not be shared with third parties without the customer's express consent.
Any changes requested outside the scope defined in the original contract may be subject to additional charges, as previously negotiated between the parties.
