  • Free Technical Support for 30 days after delivery of the store. This support covers:
    • Corrections for any technical problems or configuration errors.
    • Basic guidance on how Shopify works.
  • Free 6-hour consultation , divided into 3 sessions of 2 hours each, for:
    • Inclusion and exclusion of products and images.
    • Solution to common questions.
    • Minor changes to layout and content.

Warranty Exclusions:

  • Modifications made by the customer or third parties after delivery of the store.
  • Customizations or changes outside the contracted scope, which may be charged separately.
  • Code changes made by third parties or the customer after the service has been delivered.
  • Changes in external platforms or systems that affect operation, without the responsibility of Rodrigo Store .

2. Shopify Ready Stores

Our ready-made stores are developed based on previously structured templates and optimized for fast operations.

Guarantees Included:

  • Free Technical Support for 30 days after delivery of the store for technical adjustments and initial guidance.
  • Complete transfer of ownership for the client, with the platform fully functional.
  • Free 6-hour consultation , divided into 3 sessions of 2 hours each, for:
    • Inclusion and exclusion of products and images.
    • Solution to common questions.
    • Minor changes to layout and content.

Warranty Exclusions:

  • The warranty does not cover additional customizations after delivery.
  • Changes made by third parties or the customer will not be covered.
  • Code changes made by third parties or the customer after the service has been delivered.
  • Changes in external platforms or systems that affect operation, without the responsibility of Rodrigo Store .

3. Custom Shopify Corporate Websites

Each corporate website is developed according to detailed specifications provided by the client, with a focus on bespoke design and functionality.

Guarantees Included:

  • Free Technical Support for 30 days after delivery, covering:

    • Technical adjustments.
    • Guidance on how the platform works.
  • Free 6-hour consultation , divided into 3 sessions of 2 hours, for:

    • Image and section adjustments.
    • Resolution of technical and operational queries.
    • Minor layout and content changes.

Warranty Exclusions:

  • Major customizations or additional pages that are not included in the original contract.
  • Changes made by third parties or directly by the customer after delivery.
  • Code changes made by third parties or the customer after the service has been delivered.
  • Changes in external platforms or systems that affect operation, without the responsibility of Rodrigo Store .

4. Landing Pages with Systeme.io

We develop landing pages using the Systeme.io platform, focused on conversions and lead capture.

Guarantees Included:

  • Free Technical Support for 15 days after delivery of the landing page.
  • Basic design and content tweaks included in the starter pack.
  • Free 6-hour consultation , divided into 3 sessions of 2 hours each, for:
    • Inclusion and exclusion of products and images.
    • Solution to common questions.
    • Minor changes to layout and content.

Warranty Exclusions:

  • Changes made by the client or third parties outside the original scope.
  • Additional integrations or custom adjustments that were not previously agreed upon in the contract.
  • Code changes made by third parties or the customer after the service has been delivered.
  • Changes in external platforms or systems that affect operation, without the responsibility of Rodrigo Store .

5. Tracking with Google Tag Manager (GTM)

The service of Tracking with Google Tag Manager (GTM) does not offer warranty.

ELO Digital Co. is committed to delivering the service in accordance with the specifications contained in the description of the Tracking contracted by the customer.

Before final delivery, the client must approve the implementation through a formal acceptance. From that moment on, the service will be considered delivered and finalized. Any request for subsequent adjustments or modifications will be subject to a new contracting of services.

6. Consulting

To the consultancy services offered by Rodrigo Store . do not guarantee specific results. Our commitment is to provide guidance and support based on the best practices and knowledge available at the time of the consultancy.

However, we do not guarantee that the actions implemented based on our recommendations will result in financial success, increased sales or any other expected result. Success will depend on several external factors that are beyond Rodrigo Store 's control, such as the execution of strategies by the client, market conditions, competition, among others.


General Conditions

  • Customer Responsibility: The customer is responsible for providing accurate and complete information for the configuration and customization of the services. Any error resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer is outside the warranty coverage.
  • Post-Delivery Modifications: The warranty does not cover modifications made directly by the customer or by third parties after delivery of the services.
  • Additional Services: Changes outside the initial scope or additional services may be subject to extra charges, as previously negotiated.
  • Code changes: Made by third parties or by the customer after the service is delivered.
  • Changes to external platforms or systems: That affect operation, without Rodrigo Store 's responsibility.

  • Failures or losses resulting from improper use of the services.
  • Problems caused by changes made by third parties or by the customer after delivery.
  • Interruptions or failures in services provided by external platforms, such as Shopify, Systeme.io, GTM, payment gateways or hosting services.
  • The financial performance of your business. The success or failure of your store or website depends exclusively on your strategies and actions.
