Return and Warranty Policy

Our Return and Warranty policy works in accordance with the CDC (Consumer Protection Code - Law 8078/90 | Law No. 8,078).

Return:

Right of Withdrawal (7 days).

The Consumer has the right to regret their online purchase within 7 calendar days from the date of receipt.

Step by step:

1 - Contact us via your store's email stating that you wish to exercise your right to withdraw, stating the reason and sending photos and videos proving that the product is as it arrived and in its original packaging;

2 - Wait for our response, which will be made within 48 hours;

3 - We will send a code for posting at the Post Office at no cost to the Consumer;

Notes : To be eligible, the product must be unused and in the same condition as you received it, in its original packaging.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within two business days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable).

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
There is often some processing time before a refund appears on your statement or invoice.

All Our Physical Products (Consumer Durables) have a 90-day warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of receipt .

How to activate the Warranty:

1- Contact us via your store's email describing the product defect, sending photos and videos;

2 - Wait for our response, which will be made within 48 hours;

3 - If a manufacturing defect is confirmed through the photos and videos sent, the refund or exchange of the product will be made immediately.

4 – If there is a need to send the product to our specialized Technical Assistance, The cost of shipping the damaged product is borne by the Consumer .

5 - If it is found after analysis by our technical team that the product has a manufacturing defect, we will refund the shipping cost as per proof of payment and an identical product will be sent, regardless of whether the value is higher or lower than at the time of purchase.

If the product is unavailable, a credit will be generated for the same amount paid by the customer at the time of purchase.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

6 - If it is found that the product has been misused, there is no right to reimbursement or exchange, and it is up to the customer to decide whether to return the product or not. If the customer chooses to return the product, the cost will be the customer's responsibility.

If you choose to dispose of it, it will be our responsibility to dispose of items such as batteries appropriately, for example.
