Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy is applicable to orders placed on our website HOMEPAGE LINK and is applicable to all orders. This policy is intended to ensure that you are fully aware of our shipping policies and procedures. By placing an order on this store, you agree to the guidelines contained herein.

How much does shipping cost:

  • We offer two shipping options
  1. Free Shipping on any order
  2. Fast Shipping is offered at a flat rate of R$5.00

Please note: Estimated delivery times do not include handling/production time!

Delivery Time = Handling Time + Transit Time + Order Cut-Off Time

All products will go through a production process, so there will be a Handling Time for them.

FREE SHIPPING:

  • Shipping Times: Handling Time + Transit Time
  • Handling time: 1-3 days (Monday-Friday)
  • Transit time: 4-12 days (Monday to Friday)
  • Shipping Cost: Free Shipping on all orders

FAST SHIPPING:

  • Shipping Times: Handling Time + Transit Time
  • Handling time: 1-2 days (Monday-Friday)
  • Transit time: 2-10 days (Monday to Friday)
  • Shipping cost: R$5.00 for all orders within BRAZIL

The deadline for orders will be 00:00 (GMT-03:00) Brasilia Standard Time

CHANGE OF ADDRESS:

We cannot change the shipping address once the order is in transit. If you need to change the delivery location for your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at YOUR STORE EMAIL or call YOUR STORE PHONE NUMBER or you can alternatively use our CONTACT PAGE LINK page

MONITORING

Cancellations

Orders damaged in transit

If you believe a package has been damaged during shipping, please reject the package from the carrier if possible and contact our customer service. If the package was delivered without you present, please contact customer service for next steps.
